Kitchen Teams - What are we looking for?

Kitchen Assistants

·      make sure that Cooks have everything they need before the

       meal preparation starts

·      assist Cooks in always keeping the Kitchen clean & tidy

·      be a Champion of brand standards

·      set up the Kitchen ready for a smooth shift

·      undertake basic food preparation, if required

·      comply with all health and safety procedures and standards


Wage Expectations:  £5  -  £9.25 per hour

Commis Chef

As Line Cook you will

·      Be in charge for preparing meals

·      Assisting in serving the meals as per Restaurant specs

·      Catering to a range of dietary requirements

·      Maintaining a clean & tidy environment in line with Food

       Regulations.  Controlling and rotating stock

 

(Qualifications & Skills)  We are looking for a Cook that:

·      Has experience cooking with fresh food

·      Organised who thrives working in a team

·      Calm under pressure

·      Working in the same role previously

·      Has aptitude for multitasking


Wage Expectations:  £5  - £9.25 per hour

Chef de Partie

(Responsibilities and duties)  As Kitchen Team Leader you will:

·      Be the Champion of Brand standards

·      Cook to spec and work within brand targets

·      Support with stock control and ordering

·      Create an inspiring team environment with an open

       communication culture

·      Setting clear teams’ goals

·      Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team

·      Monitor team performance and report on metrics

·      Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and 

       effective collaboration

·      Encourage creativity and risk-taking

·      Lead by setting a good example and engage the team to

       achieve goals

(Qualifications & Skills)

·      Setting yourself for success, personal and for the business

       growth

·      Proven work experience in similar position, team leader or

      Chef de Partie. 


Wage Expectations:  £19,000  -  £21,500

Sous Chef

As second in command you will be responsible for planning and preparing food in the restaurant and supervising other kitchen staff.  You will refer directly to the Head Chef


(Responsibilities and duties)  As kitchen Supervisor you will:

·      Assist Head Chef with ordering and managing the team,

       training and team working

·      Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and efficiently,

       meeting our standards

·      Keep up to date to promotions, new products, new

       procedures maintaining personal knowledge by completing

       in-house training and workbook

·      Complete all appropriate company documentation and key

       tasks, on every shift

·      Always adhere to company’s policies and procedures

·      Carry out instructions given by the management

·      Able to work with no supervision in a fast environment

·      Able to prioritise duties

Wage Expectations:  £21,000  -  £25,000
